flex + swaybars + rose jointed endlinks + rose jointed steering busings + lower arms bars + AWD = makes the car feel invincible around corners.
jajajajajajaaa!!!!
-
flex is softer spring rates and valved different to the mono.
all comes down to what you want. you want track then mono > flex > SS
you want street, it's the other way round.
it's like...
-
dangrous... you max out the damper on the SS.
as in top out the damper.

the flex says the same: "full length etc etc..."

i scan and upload later. still in office now...

remind me tomorrow please...

looking from the top, turn clockwise untill cannot turn any more is hardest, full counter is softest, but i use the full 26 clicks

steel coil springs generally all have rising rates.
the more you compress it, the more resistance it will provide.
turn the dails up towards the pillow mounts and the rates increase. how much...
-
technically speaking, you CAN adjust the spring rates on the flex.
issue is that there's no easy way to work out what you've adjusted them to with out doing a compression test.

i use the Wurth suff or motorex, but i get them as a trade thing. so i have NFI where to get them as a private person.
sorry.
-
if it's the endlink, go and get some decent ones.
it WILL increase NVH, but much more postive. no point having stiff sway abrs if your endlinks flex.
the setup is only as strong as the weakest...

try not to use WD40
WD40 is formulated in such a way that when it dries up, it takes all the lube with it and u end up with a dry surface.
go out and get yourself a can of silicon spray or...

coil overs = coil over the dampers.
simply put, smaller cars run coils, with dampers seperate to each other. i.e Honda Jazz.
For your case, it really depends on what sort of ride you wish to...
-
you must be really bored to be digging up such an old thread. :P:P:P
-
looking at how low that front bar is, i don't think u really need to get it lower than that hey?
:P
-
i think there's a problem with your car!!!
you should be able to get into D at up to 100kmh.
maybe u should push the knob harder?
-
they look really low cos of the rims, the big rims.
bigger rims = more fillage of the tyre well = less u need to lower to get the same effect.
could also be on hydros tho.
-
oooooooooooooooooooooooo
new knobs!!!
