Yeah it's torque convertor shudder. At theHonda dealers they do a 6x flush.. If doesn't fix.. Replacing torque convertor is all the gets rid of it.

Correct. The actuator and lock mechanism has covers over it.. So if you can break the cover of first it will work but takes forever.

Yeah you can just go up to 60 then completely release throttle until you get down to 40 then repeat 3 times.

Hey mate, Shawn was the last time the a/c was gassed? Have you measured the temp at the vents ?

Timing belts slap if there too loose so I would take it back to who ever did the job and tell them your not happy with it.. If the tension is ok..... Check and adjust the valve clearances..
