Honda make this model with an inner door seal/weatherstrip that does not have any felt made on to it.

Check out the very front windows down along the windscreen on a current Jazz and you find that there is actually a difference in the colour of that glass compared to the rest of the vehicle.
I found...

A razor blade is way to risky and should only ever be used for side door glass.
The most innocent of touches to a wire in the rear screen can make the demister inoperable.

It was about $300 Aus for memory.
The oem armrest has to be removed and a grey plastic plug goes in where it came out of....all supplied if you buy the Aussie rest.
Available at any Honda...

I've now added a set of titanium coloured Modulo Jazz wheels to it....certainly looks different.

I bought the original and couldn't be happier.
It extends, fits perfectly and it's nice to know it's an OEM part.

The film you want which is on my own 2009 VTI-S Jazz is the Madico Onyx metal...

I'll say one thing for your honesty......at least you are fair dinkum and accept the possible ramifications.

Go to people like Solartint in NSW if that's where you come from because they are the national...

The Madico ONYX would be superior by far and because of its "true Black" feature, won't change your colour perception when you look out through your glass....the blue does make things very unnatural...

Depends on whether the car has a built in radio antenna in the rear screen.

But aside from that, it would be very hard to go past the Madico ONYX 35% high performance aluminium film....it...

Well that's what I've been doing for the last 35 years...fixing others crappy installations.

Anything lower than the 35% light transmission number voids comprehensive car insurance, is illegal, unroadworthy and can be fined.

I've contacted the main Singapore Honda dealer for this part and they have advised in no uncertain terms that they will not export so bad luck.:thumbdwn:

Comparing the dimensions to the original 3rd light, how would you sum up the size comparison with the new LED unit?

Adding more to the Jazz..... the OE side corner bumper protectors front and rear colour coded.

Problem.........these parts are only suitable for the basic model bar and not a VTI-S sports bumper...

They went up in price after we bought ours in April so I don't know where pricing sits at the moment.
Forget extended warranty and protection packs...designed to fleece your pocket.

Buy...

Depends on the film manufacturer as to what is left on the glass.

This film is illegal and as a result the black interior surface highlights any interior reflection to the extreme.
This problem which is quite common with this application should have been pointed...
