The trim corner is a seperate piece and when I push it down, it just pops back up. Looks like it must have lost its shape somehow. Definitely something you wouldnt expect in a new car.

I had the same pbm on my civic. I just change the rails on the seats. I thought i was the only one with the pbm. Seems like it must be common.

IF it's the twin carby model, you may want to get the carbies tuned as my one used to run a little rough and since getting carbies tuned, it is quite smooth again.

where are you getting it done? do they have alot of experience in doing this? Are u going to use the original ECU?

there is a good place in lidcombe that do it. check the white pages for it

car is pretty old and not so solid as new cars. you just need to accept it. I found that my trim makes alot of noise.

use a paint stripper gun to heat the glue. I;ve seen the pro trimmers do it.

those things go for about 5k in sydney but usually with higher k's. Yours looks neat so you shouldnt have a pbm selling it
