I had a similar problem caused by a few hard luanches at WSID... turns out it was a bearing in the gearbox... sorry i can't remember any more than that.

The paint on my roof and bonnet is deteriorating fast!!!:(

The roof is very very dull, while the bonnet looks like it needs a wash right after i wash it. This has only happened over the last year...

my stock-as-a-rock 99 itr ran 14.64 at wsid a couple of years ago.

technique: dump the clutch at like 5-6000 rpm and shift like crazy.

p.s the tires were basically bald and i made sure to stage...

Can I ask what fuel you are using? ie. do you need to add aN octane booster for JDM K20's?
