i am having problems with starting my civic si, everytime i try to start it in a hot day, the engine wont turn on, you can hear the starter motor trying to click...... then i leave it off...

i found out where the fuel filter is in my 91 civic, near the brake master cylinder in the firewall, my next question, what are the sequence of steps to replace a fuel filter??
