each dyno is different, some read more then others just incase you didn't know.

sounds like loose wiring,
double check them all, put some electrical tape around them to keep them firmly in place.

yeah looks like what they did was just play around with safc (quick tune), if you get them to play around with cam timing, you'll get a few more kw out of it otherwise its pointless having cam gears...

you know when toe is way out, you can smell tyres after getting out of the car

as stated above, just use a bolt, put plumber tape on that (be generous) and tighten it up.
if it leaks out oil then it could either be not enough plumbers tape or incorrect bolt.

cant go too low or else it wont handle as well dude.. unless you dont care about handling and looks is only what you're after ??
