If OK, problem is base code in tune mismatched to ECU type
Probably figure most of it out on the dyno...
Could any number of things....dirty/blocked IACV, plugs, dirty injectors, the tune you have.
Hard to say sight unseen.
85.0mm bore is no issue for high milage daily driver.
For a highly strung engine.
Reliability for high milage comes from both the machining & the assembly.
But also critically the engine break in...
The obvious answer is you have ****ed it up...
How is anyones guess...
1 - ordered the wrong parts
2 - loose clutch cover bolts
3 - fit the clutch disc the wrong way
4 - fit release bearing...
Your chances of blowing your engine up at a little bit under 200kw at the wheels are actually better than average.
Roots blower = massive inefficiency = very hot air induction = low power = oooooh...
To get this error, your cam timing is wrong.
Don't drive the car or run the engine until you fix it.

5. Bin the Apexi & replace it with an S300 or Neptune RTP (with Moates Demon)
It'll make about 4kw more everywhere... (not sure why)
nb: Of course you can keep using the Apexi as you've got it & it...

More 5 cents worth...
B18C final drive ring gear inner diameter is 116.8mm (10 bolts)
B16a final drive ring gear inner diameter is 109.0mm (10 bolts)
Also, my best guess is your LSD is either KAAZ...
Re diff, final drive ring gear bolts are also not OEM left hand thread.
As for speedo drive, you're going to have to figure out what brand the diff is & buy their brass bevel gear to replace the OEM...
