Yeah its bout the same sound prob a bit quietier but not by much, performance i would say the deff some gains not sure how much but deff! But main defferance is how much smoother the power band is...

I never dissed the Mugen i was just saying that the Comptech is alot more resposive over the stock and other CAI!
