Yeah check the switch/sensor is plugged in. Plug found infront of gearbox just above the clutch slave cylinder.

Midpipe will fit but longer or shorter depends on what CAT you fit on the header end.

I would say you grounded the illumination wire at the back of head unit. Either the wire was not connected properly or not insulated if not being used.
Look for a red with black wire behind the head...

Yeah M10 and most honda ones for exhaust are same. All Honda bolts are fine thread 1.25

19200-P72-013 superceeds 19200-P72-003. If you buying genuine you can't get 19200-P72-003 anymore. Both will work on any B18C. I know ive dont it.

One of your drive belts needs retentioning either the power steering, air con or alternator.
Who ever changed your timing belt must not have retentioned them correctly.

The part number 19200-P72-013 superceeds 19200-P72-003. The difference is because honda either revised the design or chose a different manufacture to make than original.
If you get the 19200-P72-003...

- Rear Sway Bar Bolt to sub frame 10x42mm
- Exhaust bolt is a special honda one it has large head flange for spring. Will be hard to find a equivalent. Thread size is 8mm thou.

That cat is different so wont be a straight swap. even if you try swap cat too the piping cat back on DC4 will be smaller.
Change the whole thing if you can.

All B18C's and B16B including type R use the same timing belt. 14400-P72-014

The B16A use a different belt due to difference in block height.

waterpump and tensioner is same for B18C and B16B....

The EK4 rails can fit the Recaros but not bolt on. Some cutting and welding is required.
