What Grayfox said, 4300K is the best in terms of output. It has a small tinge of yellow in it.

Happened to my EG, just tightened it and it was fine.
Update: Turns out the problem was with the shift gear linkage. 1 mechanic said to change the whole gearbox.
Lucky I sought another opinion... he made some adjustments to the linkage for me and...

You're probably right... maybe the short shifter has caused damage to the gearbox =(
