Its done 170 thou on the engine bout under 1000 on the box. 17.1 is my best so far, reckon I should be in the high 16s next run. It looks better now but yeah its not too bad looking, I bought it...

Mines a y4 manual its 1st -50 2nd -100 3rd -140 something and so on, the ratios are pretty decent for circuit but suck arse for dragging

I have heard that before too, the final drive is supposed to be superior. Never the less I am impressed with the workmanship.

Well its all sorted out now, the guys did a real nice job of the box the shifts are nice and smooth. The mechanic also said he fiddled around with some of the shift linkages and changes are some what...

All depends on the tune and how well its built. The engine is only as strong as the weakest point, I'll put my money on the driveline going first.

Well if that guy lives in Townsville Beeza hes doing a great job hiding his car! I'd say hes up in Carins few hardcore Civics up that way so I've been told.

Bendix, they aint too bad. I liked the no bedding in thing. One hell of a job finding the right ones... let this be a message Townsville clearly doesnt know Hondas.

Though, finding aftermarket pads for mine was one hell of a running around. Make sure you mention weather its a Cxi, Gli, Type R or what not some retards like to get these mixed up.

The problem has been diagnosed, gearbox bearings are rooted gonna get it rebuilt this week hopefully.

And on another note, whats gearboxes other the stock box that will bolt up to a D16Y4

Expensive stuff!

What kind of cost am I looking at? If its expensive might concider selling it or dropping a b series doink in there.

How am I supposed to know how much oil is in there already as I stated before I just got it back from a service and asked for the gearbox oil to be replaced.
