Im no tyre expert but I don't think 205's would fit on 9inch wide rims, it would be a way far stretch. You would need at least 215's but stretching a tyres too much isn't exactly good for the tyre...

You can make it fit without having to use the k-tuned plate or mounting kit.

If it is the only shift boot you are replacing it should fit. I don't see why you would have to replace the cup tray or anything like that.
