lol i suppose it's really up to personal preferences. It's not too much trouble to switch it around to suit your liking once you've done it once.

^ If you bought 2 wired bulb holders you can have the lights go on when you turn on the parker lights. Just need to connect it to the other wire from your main bulb.

Blow torch to soften the plastic then use a blade to cut the hole and you can still smooth out the edges.

Just remember to wear a mask though. I got a little high from all the butane and melted...

I got mine from Autobarn. Around $3 for the universal bulb holder. They come in 2 forms - 1 with dual wiring for park + brake lights and another with just 1 wiring. Doesn't matter if you get the dual...

What I had to do was remove the trim on top of the light where it connects to the speaker cover just so that I can pull apart with enough space at the top to remove the nut.

Funny enough the wiring on the driver's side was indeed the opposite of the passenger side.

Did a quick swap and it's all even now on the brightness.

Yea I'm 100% certain it's an 8mm nut on the tail lights. I did however, remove the trim on the speaker that's sitting above the lights in order to get to that cranky nut.

Cutting the hole for the bulb holder wasn't that bad. All you need is a good blow...

How did you guys managed to remove that LAST screw that's right below the bend at the top!?!?!? I have really small hands :o and still couldn't get enough in to twist that damn nut/screw.
