a b18c head will flow more than a b16a head but the differences are minimal it really depends on ur applications.
i'm building a b20 with my current dc2vtir and using that head.

no one can "tell" you what to drive. u'll just know it either because of need or it'll just make sense. btw i hear the S is pretty much the R with all the luxuries....
imo exedy HD would b better because it's still an aftermarket clutch whereas the dc2R one is still designed for a street car.
and if ur talking about a new exedy HD vs a used dc2R then i think...
