Well if everything is in A1 condition mechanically etc and you do manage to haggle them down then i would 'consider' it. (me personally)

But i have had a mate who bought one with about 120k kms...

If the cops pull you up and notice the wheels sticking out of the guards.. Its defectable.

If your not in a rush to buy id say wait and take your time and keep searching. One that has everything your after might pop sooner or later.
