definitely sounds like the TX valve.
Mine was half blocked and the air temp blowing through the vents was 18 deg. (Barely cool) but all working.

No fuel = main fuse relay which controls the fuel pump and ignition. In drivers side foot well. Engine won't start if no fuel pressure.

Better off getting Dyno Dave to build you a decent bottom end to match with the B16A head. Probably would be cheaper than a Honda OEM rebuild anyway.
