When I first installed my GruppeM, I did get some noise from my engine bay, was sorted out by putting some foam tape underneath the "screw tightener" where the metal collar and carbon intake touch.

Tried calling up honda and they couldnt find it on the system but I did search for the gasket on clubrsx as you suggested and found the part no. its 33502-S6M-A11 for future reference. :thumbsup:

Havent found any reference of anyone with a 2005 model and a Mugen ECU. All the sites that are selling it have the 02-04 stated. Airbox23 said its the same for the 05 Type S, so it could work?

Getting back to my original question if I totally removed my secondary o2 sensor would that have any impact on the engine? (will be fixing this up later)
