Tyres are a little wide on the wall. But shouldn't matter that much, roll your guards or put eg springs back on.

For a rim under 7" I would ride on 195/50/15.

all the way down mate, you want the car to be sitting on the top of the suspension, not have it slipping up and down in that little gap.

my d16 has around 120,000kms.

would it be ok to use 20-50w? or is it too thick?

nothing about the seatbelt at all in the civic or crx ones.
