to be on the safe side you need the fuel pump.

No need to upgrade internals cause you only running 6psi, make sure you have a intercooler and enough fuel eg. bigger injectors and a decent fuel pump

Use Motul engine oil, its the best!!

why dont you get coilovers if you willing to spend big bucks..

get a lil turbo, bigger fuel injectors, ecu, frontmount if it fits, custom manifold & run 6psi and you'll be flying like a rocket hehe

u probably get between 5-10kws at the wheels and depending on what type of material. it will cost mayb a couple hundred bucks
