i think it's the latch cos one of my mates had a look...how can i adjust the door latch?

whenever i close the passenger door fully, it is definately fully closed sometimes the light is still on and it shows on my dashboard as well, my mate had a look and reckons the latch isn't staying...

is it actually better? cos the alpine is 50W x 4 RMS [2Ohms @ 14.4V (0.3% THD)] whereas the kenwood is 60W x 4 at 1kHZ 1%THD (2Ohms) or does the THD make a difference as well
