In Sydney you can get free P plates from the RTA.

Personally I'd run P plates outside on the back of the car and on the inside out front. Just so cops don't find an excuse to fine you for not seeing it clearly.

check the engine mounts make sure or the mounts are bolted on tightly

The seat heaters actually heats up pretty fast but not instant if you know what i mean.

hey i know how you feel. But as i was on the way to honda a couple of months back my seat heaters magically worked again after i adjusted my seat so my guess would be loose...

pretty late reply but yes fine in the mail is possible as i got one sent to me about 1-2 months after my offense. I got done for negligent driving in nsw and got the letter at my address in qld.

I'm pretty certain they only take the log books if your car was written off, not when you have a crash. But yeh same thing i guess lol
