Turn down the bass from your head unit should help with the speakers but if depending on what head unit you have you could also be turning down the bass on the subs

No it's not hard to reprogram the alarm if you know which one it is. Not sure about the battery dying part tho wouldn't that mean everyones car with an alarm,make their battery run flat?

Don't think it'll fit be hide it the aircon controls and all that jazz are intergraded into each other, best option if you what to keep it original is source a used head unit from a wrecker

Check your speaker wire connections they might be touching each other or grounding out

Disconnect the original rear speaker inputs

Just use rca convertors on the factory speaker output to power your amps for speakers and a sub and it'll sound great no need for a single din upgrade
