Change in width will change the wheels offset. Backspacing - (width/2) gives you the offset.
New offset will be 20, assuming current lip is 1.5".

One and only original set of skirts i seen on ebay sold for $1500, wings west makes skirts, front and rear bumper covers. However the skirts are slightly different from the Mugen.
