normal is about 400-500km with occasional pushing of the car. bad fuel economy usually means your running rich or its time for a service. using the stock airbox makes a big differnce in fuel economy...

ummm is that from completely full to light on empty? it shouldn't be doing that. shoudl get atleast 420 or so. and use a 98 octane fuel which is best for it.
