correct me if i'm wrong, but i think it's due to a heavy flywheel. so you have a more forgiving and smoother shift.

my passenger side went totally bust, and driver side was going on and off when i switched it up and down.
its little things that makes it annoying... just pulled both the bulbs out and threw it...

Just did mine! without the panel removal kit. Pulled the panels off with my hands like a baws!
I'm getting a slight buzzing sound from the audio.. but other then that all good.
