They're called eyelids. Pretty cheap. It's actually just a sticker across the headlights. I'm a big fan of eyelids, not many people are brave enough to do it. Post up a pic of it in the near future!

Plastic rear windows go down the whole way where as glass goes only halfway.

You connect the wrong wire.. switch other other wires around.. leave the red (I think) as is.

Should be fine with your old bolts.

Sounds like the fan belt. Spray WD40, that'll temporary solve the problem. Check for tension and wearing :)

Rears? IIRC they're 22mm. Yes you'll need to change the D bracket to fit the swaybar. Standard endlinks should fit.. all EK endlinks are compatible. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
