hey guys ive just recently bought my first 94 eg vti and i was just wondering what i need to do to get on the track, besides modifying the car. Do i need a racing licence or something like that?

I live in the shire and i think that a track in lucas heights would be a great thing as there is a very high number of rev heads out this way.
