Yeh i get that noise as well and its got a k&n replacement. in it. I didn't know what the sound was either so now i know :)

I'm getting pretty bad torque steer when i accelerate and turn at the same time. Is this because my tires are worn and needs replacing or am i just accelerating to hard? I drive a dc2r btw.

I was quoted $2410 from just cars with rating 1 65% ncb. I'm 24. They are the only ones that will insure me with a Type R. NRMA and Famous wanted like $3-4K........

Coming off a Civic where you can steer with a few fingers the dc2r felt HEAVY haha. Anyway if everything works out i'll be getting the dc2r probably late next week :)
