    If you have a GE 5 spd auto- I highly recommend you flush your transmission if you have done 30 or 40,000kms. This goes against Honda advises change at 80 or 100,000km, so this is just my opinion-...

    Definitely in older honda's, in manuals they stated dexron 2 was ok..then they started saying dexron 3 was ok- temporarily!
    Maybe a dexron 3 with conditioner or...

    The only comment I'd add is when using the clamp- if your clamp doesnt cover both sides of the piston- use a flat spanner...
