no probs about the pic. The existing head unit needs to come out mate, as there is just no space there to pull out the main connector as honda built 5mm of play in the cable thanks to cable clamps...

already tried it following the pinouts. I could get power but no audio. The BUS has some circuitry that needs to activate it, you simply cannot connect speaker outputs to get it going, hence why...
how is your amp grounded? By in my younger years, there used to be a product called the ground loop isolator which removed some noise. also, old school condensor caps sometimes also worked, though...
I accidentally wired up the wrong wire for batt +ve. It is the pink wire for future reference, not the yellow one (this is for the interior lights, hence the blown fuse). :thumbsup:
