You won't have a problem with any of those. I run 18x7.5 et48 with 235/40/18 tyres. You will however notice a little change in the ride with the lower profile but its not that bad.

If the power hungry OEM's would give up fitting crappy integrated audio systems then we could all go and choose a decent head unit that would play everything you throw at it. Why do they do it...

Most good brand head units that have stacker con trol can have their stacker port converted to an audio auxillary in eg jvc. Some JVC models have a front aux in and cost less than 300

Has anyone got some pics of their euro with 18's and the wheel and lowering specs to go? I want to get mine looking very similar to perth euro's silver ride
