There is no magic cheap suspension solution.You get what you pay for.

Apparently if there's either too much or too little gas in the system it can cause the system to not cool properly.Go to an auto electrician and get them to regas/check the system and put some dye in...

Labour cost sounds about right.It's a big job.Have to drop subframe etc.=pain in the ass job.Get an Exedy stage 1 heavy duty clutch.While you're at it get a lightened flywheel.

Any decent motor trimmer will be able to do the job.I'm guessing approx $1500

Could also be the road.The car is tramlining.This is more pronounced with low profile tyres.Still check tyres and brakes.

Also make sure you run your fuel down to under 1/4 tank before you replace it.Otherwise you'll have petrol smell in your car for weeks.

Take to air con specialist and ask them to put a dye in as well.Then if you have a leak they will be able to find it.The dye is yellow i think,it shows up under uv light.
