How many of you had the "E10 Compatible" sticker removed from your fuel cap. Small yellow sticker.

So far its me and H.T.

had mine removed...

Maybe its worthed for them driving to Melbourne :P

I would say every Euro no matter new or already fixed will have the PING problem, but thats my personal opinion. However, pinging or not, trust me.... you want this car !!!

LOL, u still good. Mine was 12.1 after the fix.
Then after 30K service dropped, dunno why to 11.6
Before the fix it was around 10.3

It is brand new, but still same engine mate.
I had the fix applied on mine month ago and I can still hear the ping in some cases

It all starts with "rattle when the car was accelerating at low speed" dude :)

or it was about "V" ..anyway, new SW and knock sensor will fix it in 90%

Mate, I had the same issue.

Had a little accident with the car so they had to remove that part for some reason, don't know why. Anyway, took the car from the panel beater and on next day driving...

If you trust the dealer you bought the car from... would be the best option.

Had the fix applied (knock sensor + SW) nearly a month ago or 4000 km (more than 3 tanks of fuel)
I just came back from 2000km trip to GC. When I took the car, after...

I tested mine in pretty much all possible conditions, no ping at all.
P.S. I am driving the car with Caltex Premium 95 all the time.

If its like a rattle noise, 99% is the pinging issue. Moreover 08, 09 and '10 models coming out of the factory with the issue. Dont worry, just ask the service to check it and they will fix it in...
