VTM = vtec pressure switch. From what i can recall, JDM and OBD2 engines dont use a VTM. To physically identify the VTM, it is a green plug directly under the vtec solenoid on a B.

On paper, the b16a is the superior engine, on flat surface...

It is a vaccuum leak. check all vacuum lines (black rubber hoses) going into the intake manifold as well as into the purge solenoid. Look for cracks or disconnections.

Fill it through the Vehicle Speed Sensor hole (VSS).

I can't remember the colour off the top of my head, but you can't miss it. Single wire going into the solenoid.

Give the solenoid 12 volts straight from the battery. If you hear an audible 'click,' then your fine. If not, then clean that solenoid.

Is it possible to get integra OBD2 wiring harness ( what $$ ) so I can use the OBD2 ECU..

You will need the intermediate harness (not the engine harness) that runs inside the dash and down into...

Yes....p28 will work for b18c (vtir)...but not properly....it will not open secondary butterlies on the b18cin vtec....fuel/ignition also wrong.

The only ecu that can run the b18c (vtir) is the...

Dont waste your time trying to get the OBD2 ecu working in yur OBD1 EG.
Even with the adapter, you will still need to add:

1. second O2 sensor behind the cat
2. crank fluctuation sensor
3....

vtec oil pressure, and lack of it, causes vtec to drop out whilst cornering hard.
