you got a open circuit on the knock sensor. check the pins to the knock sensor. remove the plug, check the connectors, spray a contact cleaner n replug in and reset. make sure connection is secure....
Yup you have a tune issue. Every 2 cars are different and even if they have the same mods, the VE or volumetric efficiency of the combustion camber differs between 2 different engines.
