Cheap way of fixing would be to use body filler. Not the best but cheapest option than a rear 1/4 pannel replacement

are you keeping it 15" or changing to a larger diameter? Most of the 5 stud honda rims 5x114.3 can fit your car. the only thing is the wheel hub bore need to be enlarge from 60mm to 67mm i think....

Just did that test and there was a bit of air bubble. I'm hoping that this mean its a head gasket problem and not a crack/wrap head
