when a turbo car runs itb's, it requires a plenum, which differs from an intake manifold because of its ability to support the itb's.

it IS gauranteed if it is replacing an oem IM
i know you dont need them to run ITBs, i'm saying it would be better to have them in addition.
as if you need someone to install headers...well 2 piece ones are easy enough.

i doubt you would really be able to feel that much of a difference....
they are pretty much all the black silicone hoses running from the IM. Most are pretty much between IM and firewall
the only honda's that can be considered 'classy' are accords, and DC5S/DC5L. i hate it when people try and make their 10-year old moderately-priced car 'classy'.
