With the iacv you might need to turn the duty cycle up or the frequency.

I would say have get a wide band AFR gauge and have a look at the tune and change the fueling.
You can just change the injector sizing number in the 'injectors' tab and that will trim the whole...

My B20VTEC is still going hard, chopping commodores for days.

It uses the oem ecu so you don't have to get an emissions test.

You should just get a Hondata s300 it's the stock ecu(the P28 is the best ecu to use for this) with a USB cable so you can tune it locally. I am using this on 3 of my Hondas.
