Find the short and fix it. There are 2 ways to do it, trace back the loom from any of your left indicators, or start from the fusebox. I'd choose fusebox because it's much more logical.

It would be more logical (cheaper and easier) to just buy/source an intake pipe that fits in your engine bay. Changing the intake manifold to fit a cheap intake pipe not suitable for your motor makes...

Sounds like the ECU is in limp mode to me if it isn't reving past 3000. The unstable idle also suggests you might not have plugged in the AFM or TPS? Also check your knock sensor is plugged in.
