I recommend you go to a Honda dealership/service place and use their synthetic oil... best for Hondas... but Castrol's GT3-C is good too...

Yeah, I have to agree... the Honda Engine IMP is perhaps the most reliable... very efficient and responds extremely well to mods!!! I LOVE IT!

I ever saw 1 tubocharged Accord when I was up in Sydney... damn, with VTEC and Turbo.... wow! what can I say.

Yeah mate, unfortunately, I was involved a huge car accident - Accord was totalled... drive a sKyline now... but I still love Honda's and have full admiration for VTEC yo! :thumbsup:

This problem is common amongst Hondas...nothing new... what i did with my car was apply some anti-squek from Autobarne and also avoid spraying your brakes directly when washing it...

Well, it drains power because it's literally ON... you can't say it doesn't use a bit of power at all... I got a VOLT gauge in my car and with it turned on, it does move up a bit, I've noticed... but...

I would do two things before taking it to a mechanic and spending some dollars on it...

I would reset the ECU.... then check if the battery is holding enough charge...

Or... I would check the...

Well, it doesn't do anything - but it does drain a little power and engages the cruise control ON...so yeah, I would turn it off when not in use - there's a off/on button for a reason!

I have done searches everywhere (and this also includes OzHonda), trying to find out to replace my parkers - for fellow 98-02 Accord Owners, it's the bottom ones just under the driving...

Very nice.... simple, clean and elegant! I would change the driving lights/parkers to something with a touch of blue and get some eyelids - this would make it look wicked!
