stretching on 17' looks bit funny to me, the inner pieces are just way too wide and your wheels' offset are pretty high. 10.5 front & 12.5 on a s2k are too wide.

I am running similar set up as you do with 225/45 front and 245/40 at the rear and lower.
Front should be fine, but you will need to roll the rear guards and relocate the bumper tab for the rear....
