hey had my ep3 r for a month now. having to hold down the clutch to start the car is getting a little annoying. is it necessary? if not does anyone know how to get this removed?

that thing is like something out of an asian horror movie like the ring or something.

so when importing an EP3 from Japan, will they be detuned due to emission regulations?
