ive got a obd0 ef8 crx, can i use a main relay from another honda say eg/ek? or do i need to get one thats from the same era like DA teg or ED civic etc.?
just get some 440cc, it will be upto 200kws which is more than enough for what you need atm. you need saturated type injectors if your not running a injector resistor box like in the obd0 cars. same...
hex nuts are that rare, you can get them from any tyre shop along with the hex key. i think its just to suit or clear certain wheels. or just for looks.
personally i wouldnt worry too much about ppl...
also remember when you buy the aftermarket mounts, make sure you already know/have your gearbox (cable or hyrdo) so you can get the gearbox mount to suit.
get ones that nobody else has! ie. dont get them from kmart.super cheap etc or tyre places. i got a set with my rims from the tyre shop n my mate also got a diff set of rims from a diff tyre shop n...
not sure about the small magnaflow cats, but i know metal cat make something similar http://www.metalcat.com.au/, they dont come with flanges, so you can trim it to the size you need, flange it n...
so your headers connects straight onto where your catback would normally start?
if so, you would need to cut a section out to flange in a cat or change your headers for a shorter one that...
im prob not the best person to talk to about picking the correct turbo, just read through other ppl's build thread n see what they used and experiences.
with mine, i get full boost by ~4-4.5k n...
-there should be a few different rebuild kits out there, most are only for oem specs.. which is fine for what you want, no need to jump straight onto forged parts, if you can get a set of upgraded...
firstly what makes you think your engine is on the way out?blowing smoke, burning alot of oil or just high kms? you can always get a rebuild kit and rebuild your b16a or strengthen the internals to...
what do you want to know? if you already have the b16, stick with it, i dont think its worth the extra effort/money of a engine swap for a small increase. stock b16 is more than enough for street...
your best chance of getting a refund would be to take a few pics of the pipes to show that they dont fit together, ie bolt one of the holes and it should make the other one sit out.
crx turbo, 25yrs and about $900 with just cars. was about 1.1k when i first insurance cos i was under 25. im pretty sure once you hit 25 the rate should be the same unless you hit 50 or so.
it would probably hold the power, but it depends on how you drive it, with slower gear changes etc. if not dont expect it to last the same as if in a stock/er car
get rid of the adapter n get the end flared or weld a ring around the end to help stop it falling off. also check your clamp, maybe its abit dodge n coming loose.. just tighten the ring and pull to...
