I say the bump has jolted your vehicle speed sensor. They go easily too and cheap anough from ebay. 35 bucks I got my one for from Ebay US seller. Easy to put in too. That will fix your tacho problem.

I have the same problem in my EG civic with B18c7. Only when engine is cold. Light throttle. It slight misfire but hesistate and stutter. Put the pedal down and it smooths up!
