I have thought about other parts associated with the tensioner. Might have to look into this. No point throwing tensioners in only to have them chewed out so quick.

OEM oil every 5000km.

First one got noisy about 2 weeks after a track day. I was wondering if the chain should be done. The tensioner is only $250.00 and the chain around $90.00 so might do both....

I just ordered my 3rd tensioner - my last one went in 20,000km ago. Should I do the chain this time as well? I have 70,000km on the car now.

I dropped the tyre preassures today from tyre shop 40psi all round to 32 front and 30 rear. It has gained more directional stability but the best way to describe it is that at above 120km/h it feels...

Wandering...............more like it just doesn't feel planted. I will try more rear toe. The turn in is great though!

I am just running UK alignment. I do find above 140 kp/h it starts to really feel like wandering slightly in a straight line though. I am lowered on Eibach pro springs, and 17x8f and 17x9r 225/255...

Your man did a great job on mine. 225 front/255 rear 17x8 and 17x9 +45 offset. Not even done the camber yet and it all works. Amazed how much they could roll them. Even kept the front guard liner.

Sometimes a hose can come off the back of one of the jets in the bumper then no pressure but your screen jets still work. Happened to me.

PS.....really good fun in summer at the lights when hot...

I believe high rpm/track work seems to bother them a little. I don't clutch dump/drift but I do pull 8-9k on track days for 15-20 laps at a time with many high RPM upshifts and heel toe rev matching...

Man they were time consuming - but my god the tailshaft bolts were waaayyyyyyyyyy tight!
