16 x 8 +15 is easy. only need a guard roll. no camber kits or anything.

The ones your looking at are not 3 piece and not genuine. Dont know how your going to customize that as they cannot be re barreled.
If you do get wheels for ek, try to get 15-16 inch as 17 is way...

195/45/15 may look funny on those specs, if you dont lower enough. Its best to go 195/50 if your not going to lower that much. just need slight rolling.

In the end, its a hassle to get diamond racing wheels, as they are in the US. I was after a set not long ago but the amount of thing you need to know and the process to keep in touch with the guys...

I suggest you should find shocks second hand such as the KYB AGX or KONI. There aren't alot of damper adjustable shocks for cheap... so your best luck is to find second hand.
