The low compression may be due to fuel wash on the cylinder walls.( over cranking with no spark but injectors still firing fuel) Easy way to check this is oil seems.thinner than usuall or smelling...
What are you installing it too eg or ek chasi? As the timming side mount will be diff. As I can see if its for a eg/dc2 its the old.mount now there is a revised timming mount
