My mistake, I thought paddle shifters = CVT. But have paddle shifters on my GE and GD.

I have CVT with my MY09 GE VTIS and also with GD IDSI - never took them to Honda for CVT reprogramming. Just replaced the battery normally.

What were you using before? More importantly, what will you be using after?

Average about 425 to 450 kms on full tank for 2009 GE VTIS

Tyreright inflated my tyres to 40? According to the mechanic these are better than the spec 32 or 33, do you agree?

Opted for Tyreright which is being used by Honda. Very nice service for $50 - spent more but they seem to have better service with a printed report.

Seems like the terminals are located a bit higher or in the middle of the battery. May have a hard time fitting without adjusting the cable/connectors.

Blinkers should do that on most cars and not just the jazz.

Is there any truth to urban myth of battery replacement affecting CVT? When I changed mine, the distance to fill up suddenly jumped up to 700kms from 500kms.

is that 1.3 or 1.5L? I think I'm close to 500 for 1.3L GD Jazz (IDSI) but ~400 on 1.5L GE (VTEC)

I think this is fixed. Convinced with the repco guy who did the battery check. The CCA is no longer at the required charge and battery tester says replace bad battery.
