I've done several gear oil changes in the last 6-8 months to flush all the shit out. I reckon you could use the same oil that ppl use for OEM LSD. Both 1.5 way so should be quite similar.
Why don't u try some new HD bushes to steady ur exhaust. Rubber bushes quite commonly crack and turn to shit. Worth a go..... should be cheapest way to...

Did mine with good sized punch and solid mallet/hammer. Didn't need that much swing room like "String" mentioned. Just a bit of elbow grease & persistence..... but Lube aint a bad idea.

For s2000? If you didn't already know the typhoon intake comes in three different styles CA (cold air), CCA (complete cold air) and SR (short-ram). So it depends on which you're looking at.
Stock EG6/DC2 should be fine.
I'm sure some1 will correct me if I'm wrong but u shuld be able to use your existing sedan fronts. I got a set of rear ITR brake lines if u need. Let us know how u go.
Also, most of the time if they are ADR approved, the seller will make that clear. All buyers look for ADR approval so it would be pretty mong for a seller not to quote it.
